Description
Madagascar: one of the countries least affected by pesticides
Madagascar’s biodiversity is unique in the world. The land of this wonderful country is still preserved from the pesticides that invade our regions. No phytosanitary products are used by the farmers of the region.
The latest international studies on neonicotinoids place Madagascar at the top of the countries least affected by pesticides. Beekeepers are gathered in beekeeping centers and part of the proceeds from the harvests is donated for the creation of road, educational and medical infrastructures.
A strong ecological approach is put in place to raise awareness among the local population about the importance of protecting biodiversity and the role of bees in its development.
