How to brew Emperor’s Chrysanthemum tea?
There are two methods to makes this lovely flower tea:

Gongfu brewing
Brew 1 flower with 150 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 20 seconds and add 10 seconds for each infusion.

Western brewing
Steep 1 flower with 500 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 2-3 minutes and add 2 minutes for each next preparation.
